Jolly Julep

Ingredients

• 1 oz. Vodka.
• 1 oz. Pomegranate Juice. 
• 1/2 oz. Mint Simple Syrup.
• Rosa Regale Sparkling White. 

Recipe

• Shake vodka, pomegranate juice and syrup over ice.
• Strain into a glass with crush ice. 
• Top with Rosa Regale Sparkling White.
• Garnish with pomegranate seeds and mint.
