Rosa Chocolate Strawberry

Ingredients

• 4 oz Rosa Regale Sparkling Red
• 1/2 oz Dark Crème de Cacao
• 2 dashes Chocolate or Mole Bitters
• 1 pinch of Flaky Sea Salt
• 1 strip of Orange Peel (for garnish)
• Strawberry Slices (for garnish)

Recipe

• Drip a chilled glass rim in honey, followed by shaved chocolate.
• Add 1 large ice cube to the glass and stir in crème de cacao and bitters.
• Top with chilled Rosa Regale Sparkling Red.
• Garnish with an orange twist, a strawberry slice and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
