Ingredients

• 2 oz. Gin.
• 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice.
• 1 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
• Dash of Orange Bitters.
• Rosa Regale Sparkling Rose

Recipe

• Shake Gin, Lemon Juice, Elderflower Liqueur and bitters over ice.
• Strain into a flute glass.
• Top with Rosa Regale Sparkling Rose.
• Garnish with Lemon peel.
